Userability and navigation
We really wanted to offer you as many features as possible prior to the beta launch. Unfortunately, that meant we overlooked the readability and user interface. But not to worry. Our developers have come to the rescue. On top of the re-design of the engagement section, they’re working on:
A New and improved engagement inbox
After listening to your feedback, we felt a complete re-design of our engagement inbox was needed to improve your user experience. You’ll notice it is much cleaner and each engagement type gets its own stream. Better yet, you can actually search for keywords within each engagement type to quickly filter through messages to receive only those of interest to you. You can expect to see this within the next week.
That was quite a bit to get through. When I said our developers were hard at work, hyped up on way too much coffee, I wasn’t kidding!
