How do I respond to posts directed to my social account e.g. tweets or comments?

Go to the “Engage” tab on the top of the screen.
Then the “Inbox” side tab.
Now you will see any posts users have directed towards the social accounts you linked to SocialMotus.
This includes tweets, re-tweets, direct messages, wall posts, comments and also messages
You can adjust the settings to view certain messages and social accounts

To view engagements for another social account, choose another account from the sidebar by clicking the grey cross
To view a specific type of engagement, just click on the engagement type from the sidebar.
