When you see this icon below in a tweet, post or message, it means you can leave any comment you want to make about a certain message that may be helpful to you or your team mates.
To leave a note:
Click on the “Note” option.
A pop up will appear. Type the comment you want to leave, then click ‘Save’.
Now the note icon for that post will look like this image below.
To view the note, simply click on the “Notes” option under the post to view the note.
