How do I create an autoresponder?

1. Click on ‘Settings’ on the top right hand corner.
2. Click on the ‘Rules’ tab. By default, you will be in the ‘Autoresponder’ tab.
3. Enter a name to identify this autoresponder. Sample names include ‘Welcome’, ‘Signup’, ‘Ebook’.
4. Enter the autoresponder direct message to be sent to user when they follow you. Most autoresponders start with ‘Thank you for following us’ or something similar.
5. Click ‘Save Message’.
6. Then click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the pop up.

To enable the autoresponder, follow the instructions below.

1. Go to the ‘Manage’ tab. By default you will be in the ‘Social Accounts’ side tab.
2. Click on the ‘pencil’ icon next to the social account you want to enable the autoresponder for. The social account bar will expand.

1. Locate your autoresponder name next to the ‘Auto-Response Message’ field.
2. Click on the box next to the autoresponder name.
3. A tick will appear in the box. This indicates the autoresponder is activated. Now when someone follows this social account. They will receive this autoresponder direct message.
4. Repeat this process for different social accounts.
